We started with a stubborn idea: coffee could give more.
One roaster, one slow bar, one promise
MORE began behind a single espresso machine — the belief that a cup of coffee could be more than fuel. So we built a house where the bar is slow, the beans are local, and every plate leaves the kitchen with intention.
Today we pour at three branches — from the heritage lanes of Surabaya to the rice fields of Ubud — but the promise stays the same: fresh, honest, and always a little MORE than you expected.
